1. General
These Terms of Service apply to website use, quote requests and services provided by BK Mobile Detailing. By requesting or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and pricing
Website descriptions and preliminary quotes are estimates unless expressly confirmed as final. Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, size, condition, contamination, paint condition, service location, access requirements and the amount of labor or materials required. Any material change in scope will be discussed before additional work is performed.
3. Appointments and access
The customer is responsible for providing accurate appointment information, safe and reasonable access to the vehicle, and any site conditions agreed upon in advance. Some mobile services may require suitable space, weather conditions, access to water or electricity, or other site requirements that will be confirmed before the appointment.
4. Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage
BK Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage, wear, loose or failing materials, prior repairs or conditions that become visible during normal cleaning, polishing or correction work. We may document vehicle condition before service when appropriate.
5. Results and limitations
Detailing, polishing, scratch correction and coating results depend on the condition and history of the vehicle and its surfaces. Some scratches, stains, defects, odors or damage may not be safely or completely removable. No particular cosmetic result is guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, unavailable access or other circumstances that make mobile service impractical. Any cancellation or deposit policy communicated at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
7. Payment
Payment terms, accepted methods and any required deposits will be communicated before or at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when the service is completed.
8. Website content
Website content is provided for general information and may be changed, corrected or removed at any time. Service descriptions, availability, pricing and service areas may change without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BK Mobile Detailing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may include links to third-party services or platforms. BK Mobile Detailing is not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website unless a later effective date is stated.
